Dr. Stromnes received her Ph.D. at the University of Washington and is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology. Her research team is focused on advancing the understanding of cancer immunology and immunotherapy, with a particular emphasis on properties of the tumor and the tumor microenvironment that influence antigen-specific T lymphocyte migration and function. Dr. Stromnes joined the EWIS advisory board in the Fall of 2017.
